Sim-Maker Kit

Make study sims your AI builds for you

A toolkit for building self-contained, interactive study simulations with an AI coding assistant. A “sim” is a single HTML file that teaches one topic three ways — read it, explore it, quiz yourself. Point any AI at the example and get a new one on any subject.

See it live

↑ A real sim, running live. Learn it, drag the sliders, then quiz yourself — it remembers what you get wrong. This exact file is the template the AI copies. Open it in its own tab →
If the embed above is blank, you opened this page from a local file — view it via the live demo or a local server.

What's in the folder

The example

reference-sim.html

The working sim above. One file, no install. Your AI clones its shape.

02

The recipe

HOW-TO-MAKE-A-SIM.md

Hand this to your AI. It has a ready-made prompt — paste it, name a topic, get a sim back.

WHEN-TO-USE-A-SWARM.md

When (and when not) to throw lots of AI at it — so you don't burn through your plan. Open the visual guide →

How to use it

  1. Drop this folder into your AI coding tool (Cursor, Claude, Copilot…).
  2. Open HOW-TO-MAKE-A-SIM.md and paste its build prompt to your AI.
  3. Tell it the topic you're studying. It reads the example and makes you a sim — usually first try.
